Miley Cyrus will be stopping by The Ellen DeGeneres Show in February. She, along with rest of the singers who worked on the 50th Anniversary of Amnesty International album Chimes of Freedom that features nothing but Bob Dylan covers. Along with Miley stopping by for sweeps, we will also get to hear from the judges from The Voice, Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Swift and Zac Efron. All of these stars, plus more will provide an action packed show all throughout February.

“Miley has heard about Demi’s troubles and feels really bad. She is praying for her,” a source close to Miley Cyrus tells Hollywoodlife.com.

Demi Moore may have no sympathy from estranged husband Ashton Kutcher while recovering, but at least she is in the thoughts and prays of co-star Miley. Isn’t that sweet of her?

Demi told MTV she thinks Miley is “incredibly grounded” after getting to know her while filming. In the film LOL, which comes out later this year, Miley plays a wild teen who is dumped by her boyfriend and her mother, Demi is getting over a divorce. Both of them are looking for new love and having a hard time staying close to one another.

Bob Dylan has been lauded so often as “the poet laureate of rock ‘n’ roll” that even the man himself, who for decades protested the notion that he was speaking for anything but his own musical muse, eventually caved and now incorporates the phrase into the voice-over introduction at his own concerts.

This week, a massive new four-CD tribute album, “Chimes of Freedom: The Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International,” amplifies that sentiment with recordings by 80 artists of 75 of his songs that demonstrate his influence not just on his own generation but on several succeeding ones.

The new album, which arrives Tuesday and from which proceeds will benefit Amnesty International’s ongoing efforts to free political prisoners around the world, brings together numerous unlikely musical bedfellows: It finds room for 92-year-old folk singer and political activist Pete Seeger and 19-year-old pop princess Miley Cyrus; brash punk-rock band Bad Religion and elegant jazz standard-bearer Diana Krall; indie-rock group Silversun Pickups and chamber music’s boundary-bending Kronos Quartet.

SEX And The City is coming back to TV as a prequel — and Miley Cyrus is keen on the starring role.

The Carrie Diaries will follow Carrie's teenage adventures when she moves to New York and meets future maneater, Samantha Jones. Singer Miley, who had a cameo role as herself in the film Sex And The City 2, said: "I'd love it.

"I'm not attached [to the project], so I don't want to say that, but that would be very cool." US network CW, which also makes Gossip Girl, has ordered a pilot for a weekly series.

They have had their fair share of public spats but it seems that Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato are back to being best friends.

But while the pair's friendship might be back on track, Demi has admitted that they do still have 'brutal' fights because of their fiery personalities.

The 19-year-old singer explained her celebrity friendships in the latest issue of Seventeen magazine.

Demi revealed: Miley Cyrus and I are strong headed. When we fight it's brutal and we're like, “We're never going to be friends again!” Then two days later, were like, “I love you and I miss you!"’

In 2009 the pair enjoyed a very public spat on Twitter which started when Miley posted a snap of herself and Demi along with the message: ‘Now this is what true friendship looks like. None of that hollywood c***. @ddlovato I miss you :)’

But Lovato replied by saying: ‘Yeah... It's just kind of hard to miss somebody that I don't know anymore.’

The year before Cyrus posted a video on Youtube that mocked Lovato and their friend Selena Gomez but she quickly removed the video and apologised.

Despite their tumultuous past Demi has said that both Miley and Selena will always be part of her life.

She said: ‘Both [Miley and Selena] will never leave my life no matter what happens, because we've been through so much together.’

LatinoVoices reports that superstars Shakira and Miley Cyrus are teaming up for charity.

Shakira and Miley Cyrus are reportedly recording a song together which they will reveal on Valentine's Day, February 14, at a gala benefit for children with heart ailments.

The song, "Love and Rock", will serve to raise funds for this shared cause, with all proceeds going to charity.

Neither Shakira or Cyrus will include the song in their current or upcoming albums, with one of Shakira's representatives telling a Spanish-language Venezuelan newspaper that "This song is being done for charitable purposes, not commercial ones."
