Miley Cyrus spent her weekend shooting the video for 'I Can't Be Tamed' the first single off her new album. According to E!, boyfriend Liam Hemsworth was on set to support her. The 'edgy' video won't be released until May, it features Miley caught in a giant bird cage. source said, 'Imagine 'Party in the USA' on steroids. It will blow people away.' Miley appeared happy with the shoot herself, she was all smiles as she hosted a wrap dinner party Sunday night at Chateau Marmont.

Hannah Montana creators sue Disney for unpaid television show bonuses. The TV director also claims he was terminated without cause.

Hannah Montana creators sue Disney over unpaid bonuses. Barry O'Brien and Richard Correll, who made Miley Cyrus famous, argue that The Disney Channel owes them at least $5 million. In addition, Correll alleges that he was terminated as a director without warning and without cause.

Disney has not responded to our request for an interview. However, the company usually doesn't comment on pending cases. O'Brien and Correll claim that the company owes them 7.5 percent in contingent bonus compensation.

In addition, they allege Disney never provided them with proper accounting for their bonus. They also didn't allow them to audit their books. The lawsuit was filed on Friday.

Miley Cyrus admits that her tall boyfriend Liam Hemsworth can be intimidating due to his height.

The 17-year-old is now dating the Australian actor and co-star of new film 'The Last Song', but the 'Party In The USA' singer confessed she was a little scared of shooting scenes together when they first met last year.

"I got a little bit nervous about how big he was, in height," said Miley who is 5' 5" compared to her 6' 3" boyfriend. "I was like, 'I'm going to have to stand on apple boxes or something'. "I was a bit intimidated," says Cyrus, "even though I'm usually the one who's intimidating someone else."

Demi Moore chatted with Vh1 about her new film 'LOL' with Miley Ray Cyrus: 'She plays my daughter. It's a remake of a French film called 'LOL,' with the same French director [Lisa Azuelos]. She's incredible.'

The film is about a phony family dispatched to rich neighborhoods by corporate America to make them jealous of their possessions. Moore plays the 'mother' of the family opposite David Duchovny. Miley as a teen who gets dumped by her boyfriend while her mother is simultaneously getting over her divorce, causing both to seek out new love while struggling to remain close to each other.

David on Miley: 'She's funny. I watch Hannah Montana with my kids, and I'll be like, 'That girl is funny!'' Demi: 'We're just kind of getting going. She's great, and I think that she is incredibly grounded. [Miley] is a true professional, and she truly has a wonderful family. It really shows.'
