A source has reported that Miley Cyrus is furious with Taylor Momsen after hearing the actor/singers latest comments about herself, her music and the Disney brand. The source told Heat Magazine:

''Miley is furious – who wouldn’t be? She thought Taylor was pretty cool until this happened, which has left her totally confused. Taylor is so obviously desperate for fame. I mean, she’s traipsing around town in her underwear, or is that for the love of the music too? Miley has always had a lot of talent, and Taylor knows it. She's wrapping up "Hannah Montana," declared she "can't be tamed" and now Miley Cyrus is ready to be seen in more adult fare with her next flick, "LOL." And in a new interview with Popstar!, Miley make it clear that everyone should know that she isn't a kid anymore.

"The next film I’m doing is not for the ['Hannah Montana'] audience. But that is why I did the last season, for my young fans," she said the grand finale of her hit Disney show. "I want the fans that have grown up with me from 16-26 who will respond to older material. I have to choose scripts that are right for someone who is 18 because that is me."

So then what should fans expect from her and Demi Moore in "LOL?" "It’s very different going from a show with a huge audience and fan base to something... independent. But I’m excited to work on a film that is going to touch people," she said about the flick. "It’s edgy and different and I don’t know how the fans will react, but it’s something I can relate to."

After "LOL," Miley has some other plans: to get her own place. "I’m probably going to move into my place after 'LOL,' " she teased. "But I have to get some work done first."

Miley Cyrus was the first to admit that she’s obsessed with Zac Efron.

The 22-year-old actor caught up with Access Hollywood over the weekend to promote his new flick, Charlie St. Cloud and checked out what Miley had to say about his hotness. She shared with Billy Bush recently, “Zac has a special place in my heart. If it wasn’t creepy and he wasn’t my friend, I would have posters of him on my wall.”

Zac’s reaction to Miley’s confession: “Wow, I do not even know what to say to that. I’ve known her since she was a little girl. It’s amazing what she’s done. She’s blossomed into this beautiful lady and taking the world by storm. I’m so proud of her.”

On Miley Cyrus’ IMDB.com page a new movie is listed called “Family Bond.” Word is that the movie will debut in 2011 and is about a teen girl, played by Miley, who discovers that her father is a CIA agent and she is forced to develop a relationship with him while she is searching for her mother who was recently kidnapped. The script was written by Jeff Lowell. Sounds exciting! We’ll let you know when more details comes.

The teen singer might have been slammed by Katy Perry, but she needs no worry as another fellow artist Kelis has defended her. Joining Dolly Parton who already supported Miley last week, Kelis refused to go negative when sounding off her insight about Miley's new raunchy image.

Praising the "Can't Be Tamed" music video as a brilliant treatment, she said in an interview with Yahoo! Music, "People kinda need to get off her back."

"If you're an artist and if you're any good, your feelings are on your sleeve," she continued. "Who wasn't like that at 17, 18? People forget that just because you are in the public eye they think you're supposed to temper yourself...'I'm living my life out loud.' I remember that. You're finding your way."

"I saw the video and I was like 'wow.' I knew exactly what she was going through as I watched it. I thought it was a beautiful video, she looks great, I get exactly what she's saying, she couldn't have put it more clear, She's in a cage. I get it, it's great, ... I'm glad she did that. Ashley Greene, who plays Alice Cullen in the "Twilight" movies, and "Hung" star Thomas Jane are in negotiations to join Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore in "LOL," Mandate's English-language remake of the French comedy.

Also joining the cast are Ashley Hinshaw and George Finn. Liza Azuelos, who helmed the 2008 original, is directing the new pic produced by Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher.

The story centers on a teenage girl (Cyrus) who is dumped by her more sexually experienced boyfriend (Finn) while her divorcee mother (Moore) struggles to move on with her life.

Greene will play a high school bad girl, and Jane will be Cyrus' father. Hinshaw will play Cyrus' best friend. Douglas Booth has already been cast as Cyrus' love interest.

The current plan is for Miley Cyrus to move into her new $3.4 million mansion in Toluca Lake, California this November 2010. The home is close to her parents, but she definitely will have her own space in this huge new home! Here’s what Miley had to say about her new place:

The first time I think I ever got a check and I knew what I wanted to do with it was actually recently. I bought my house and I want to decorate it the way I want and I think I worked really hard to be able to have a place that is purely my environment and exactly the way that I envision — kind of like a serene, tranquil place that can be just my space. There’s not many times I have something that is just mine.

Going against all the rave these days, Miley Cyrus recently admitted, “I hate vampires.” The “Party in the USA” singer is not only uninterested in the “Twilight” hoopla, she says she doesn’t even know about HBO’s hit show “True Blood.”

Miley tells, "We don't have HBO," adding that her mom only gets "about 10 channels" at their house.” We hope the vampires aren’t listening to this!

In other news, Miss Cyrus has been sharing info about her latest album, “Can’t Be Tamed” and of the song “Liberty Song” she told MTV News she tried to combine a very serious topic with a lighter sound.

"I wrote it for women that feel like they're stuck in abusive relationships, but it's a dance song," she said. "So you think that must be kind of a sad ballad, but it's a party song. ... It's about breaking free." Miley added that the album is “about freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back.”

Bret Michaels will be taking a quick detour from his hectic touring schedule with Lynyrd Skynyrd -- and no, doctors won't be involved: He's joining Miley Cyrus on "Good Morning America's" summer stage this Friday.

The family friends will sing Poison's hit, "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," which Cyrus covers on her new album.

For Michaels -- who has been touring steadily since his return to the stage in Biloxi on May 28 -- it's another step towards making sure his legacy is to be that he rocked.

And Cyrus will be happy for a chance to showcase new material from her new album "Can't Be Tamed," especially in the wake of outrage over an apparently explicit paparazzi shot of her posted by Perez Hilton.

Defending herself after being criticized for her racy overseas gigs, Miley Cyrus adamantly stated that she isn't getting too wild. Chatting with press during a recent interview, the Disney darling bluntly told, “I’m not trying to be ’slutty'".

Miley continues, “I’m not trying to be like, go to the club and get a bunch of guys. What I’m trying to do is to make a point with my record and look consistent, in the way my record sounds and the way I dress.”

“I’m really comfortable with my body, I work really hard to be fit and to know that I can wear whatever makes me most comfortable,” she tells. “I feel more comfortable dressing with a little less, which is just how I’ve always been.”

Closing out her comments, the "Hannah Montana" star concludes, “Now I’m able to do that a little more freely and, also, I’ve just grown up to be this way too. It’s not like this was me five years ago. It’s me now, presently."

Becoming more and more comfortable with each movie role, Kristen Stewart recently opened about how she needed music to get into Bella Swan mode for “New Moon” but not for “Eclipse.”

"I always listen to music, but I had particular music that I listened to on 'New Moon,' but didn't really have to for 'Eclipse,' " she told MTV News over the weekend. "I just listened to my normal music. Bella's less tortured. She's less conflicted. I mean ... it's the most she's conflicted about the love triangle [but] that happens sort of at the end."

Ms Stewart added, "The main conflict is the danger and the fact that she's losing her human life. That her family's gonna soon maybe go away. When I was doing 'New Moon,' I needed the music and I needed my iPod all the time and I needed to be in my own little head, but in 'Eclipse' it was more about the story was just different."

As for her choice when it comes to playlists, Kristen dished, "[I've] probably [been listening to] a little bit of both [Miley and GaGa]. But I don't know, 'The Climb' is my theme song — and I'm sticking to it."

Miley Cyrus might not like Twilight. Or Justin Bieber. Or, really, when it comes down to it, most of her own music. But there is one pop-culture phenomenon that she has room in her heart for: Lady GaGa.

The Hannah Montana star pledged her full and undying admiration for the "Poker Face" singer while being interviewed by Ryan Seacrest this morning. After declaring that she listens to Lady GaGa and declaring her "really talented," Cyrus gushed,

"When she sang with Elton John, that was my dream moment; it was two of my favorite artists coming together." But the thing Miley likes most about GaGa? "She's first about the music."

Miley Cyrus is looking forward to the Travolta family’s latest addition. “I’m so excited for them, I literally could not think of two people that deserve it more and that could be more excited,” Miley told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush in an interview for Access Hollywood and “The Billy Bush Show.”

Miley starred with John as voice actors in 2008’s “Bolt,” and the teen star told Billy that the Cyrus and Travolta families have become quite close. “[My mom] can’t wait,” Miley said of the baby news. “There really couldn’t be a better couple to have this happen. It was so unexpected for them, too.”

She added that the baby news, which the couple announced in May, was a silver lining to the tragic deaths of John and Kelly Preston’s son, Jett, as well as the family dogs, who were killed in a freak airport accident last month. “I think it’s nice to know there is a light at the end of the tunnel for everyone,” Miley said.

And in discussing her next movie, summer project “LOL” with Demi Moore, Miley mentioned Kelly as a mother figure for herself.

“Kelly Preston has been so close to me for so long, so I think it’ll be good to work with someone else who’s like that,” she said of Demi. “Someone that I can look up to and talk to on-set because they get it.”

Though Miley may be finished filming “Hannah Montana” and moving on to other projects such as “The Last Song” and “LOL,” there’s one more family she’s planning on staying close to – Disney. “I do want to do things involved in the Disney family,” she said. “They’re doing some really cool movies.”

The performance lineup for the 2010 Teen Choice Awards has just been revealed and there's one thing noticeably absent - boys. This year's performers - which includes two celebrity teens - were leaked today, just a day after Katy Perry was officially announced as the show's host.

Examiner.com has learned iCarly star Miranda Cosgrove, 17 and Miley Cyrus, 17 will take the stage during the 2010 Teen Choice Awards. Cosgrove released her debut studio album Sparks Fly in April. Miley Cyrus has recently come under fire for a series of racy performances. She is set to release her third album Can't Be Tamed on June 22. Teen Choice Award Host Katy Perry will also perform along with Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears.

While most of the sources like The National Enquirer and Star Pulse are filled with the breakup rumors of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, the young couple is very much together and going steady, confirms Popsugar.

As reported earlier, Miley Cyrus and her Aussie boyfriend Liam Hemsworth have split after a heated row between the lovers. It was the growing jealousy of Miley which led her take the decision to kick out Liam from the house they had been sharing lately.

Liam is recently signed for a role in the upcoming “Arabian Nights” opposite the legendary actor Anthony Hopkins. The status was too much for Liam to kick off his career with and even more for Miley to digest the fact that Liam was surpassing him in terms of success in Hollywood.

That resulted in a violent clash and Miley spewed out her frustration calling it quit with Liam. The 20 year actor shifted to his brother’shouse after ending his relationship with the 17 year old teen singing sensation. Liam felt Miley was jealous of his success. He added that her family’s interference was too much for Liam to handle any further and hence the split.

However, Popsugar calls it all sham and confirms that the young lovebirds are very much together and the breakup rumors are all false. It is not true that Miley and Liam share the samehouse in Los Angeles, and Liam in fact lives with his brother Chris. The reason why the couple is not together right at the moment is because Liam is busy with the shooting of Arabian Nights and his lady love is busy with her Europe tour.

All you fans of Miley and Liam, can sigh of relief that “The Last Song” actors are still going strong and the breakup rumors are all bogus, thankfully!

From Spanish Newspaper: The artist is publishing a new CD called 'Can't Be Tamed' on June 22, and will perform at Rock In Rio Madrid on June 6.

''I don't feel like I've left Hannah Montana behind, it's still a part of me'' Miley confirmed today on her new album's press conference in Madrid. 'Can't Be Tamed' is out on June 22, 2010.

Cyrus told the media that she's trying to build up her own personality and look, even thought she admits she feels ''really proud'' of the character she played on the popular Disney show, cause it's a ''really powerful character that inspired a lot of young girls to pursue their dreams''.

The actress and singer, whom will premiere in Spain her new movie 'The Last Song' isn't ''scared of being known as Hannah Montana by the kids'', since there has been changes in her life that made her grow up, even thought she admitted her fans are still young, they're between 12 and 18.

On her new movie, which premieres on June 4, she plays the role of a teenage girl that, along with her brother, will spend summer with their father, away from their mother. He will try to connect again with his daughter by the only thing they have in common: the music.

The artist will perform this month on the famous festival Rock In Rio-Madrid, in which she'll head a day dedicated to kids. She'll perform on June 6 along with Amy MacDonald, McFly, The Monomes, El Sueño De Morfeo, between others.

According to Cyrus' words, with this album she has receipt an amazing answer from her fans. ''This album has been like a therapy to me, cause I've been able to express what I think and what I feel. It's the most honest album so far, a little more mature, but that still lets me communicate with my fans''

Cyrus admitted she felt more free with this album. ''You can't be liked by everyone, and as my mum tells me, you can't just do what everyone wants you to do, you have to be who you want and should be, that's why I feel proud of what I've done and I don't care what some people think.''

The artist admits being an ''spiritual'' person. As she explained, her religion is based on love and tolerance, because ''that's what this world needs, and that's what I try to tell with my songs.'' In particular, she confirmed she dedicated one of her songs to his best friend and hairdresser, whom is homosexual.

Miley Cyrus confessed one of the things she loves most in her life is traveling, something that she can do thanks to her job. ''It's one of the best things this job has.'' At the same time, she said she loves the photography world, and would love to have more time in the future to practice it.

She won't be able to do a world tour right now because she's about to start filming a new movie. But admitted she'd love to travel more around Europe and visit new places. On the United States, she always has more time to visit the places she performs on.

With the "Sex and the City" movie just days away from debuting in theaters, "Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus' small cameo in the film is getting as much talk as Carrie's relationship with Mr. Big. In an interview with TV Guide, a number of the movie's biggest stars talked about Miley's behavior on set.

Here's what Sarah Jessica Parker had to say: "Miley Cyrus came in on time, young girl, professional, came in, did her stuff, and went on to another job afterwards."

Cynthia Nixon was a little bit more colorful in her description: "When there are people like Penelope Cruz and Liza Minnelli and Miley Cyrus -- who you think are amazing -- and they want to come play with you, that's a real tribute."

No doubt we'll be seeing Miley Cyrus a lot over the next four years. But one place you won't be seeing her is in a college classroom.

The Hannah Montana star, who turns 18 in November, has declared that she has no intention of joining the higher educational system anytime soon:

"My sister went to MTSU in Nashville, so I'd probably want to be there with all my friends, but I'm not gonna go to college right now. I am a firm believer that you can go back at any age you want, because my grandma went back to college at 62 years old."

Totally, Miley. Besides, when the time comes, you'll probably have enough money to buy the school of your choice, so admissions shouldn't be a problem.

But maybe, in the meantime, you could at least sign up for an etiquette class or three? Because it really does seem like you could stand to brush up on your manners a little bit.
